I have an interest in the Appeal Cou...Dear Martin,<br /><br />I have an interest in the Appeal Court case of Dunnett Investments v. SSCLG to be held on, I believe, 15th and 16th March. I had a Permitted Development application refused last year because of a very similarly worded condition.
