It all goes into the housing targets melting pot until they find out they can't get a mortgage, thanks to my representations to the regulator. <br /><br />The Welsh Government has a new Bill out for consultation, I wish I had the time to read it but I'm rather busy removing Section 106 agreements restricting occupancy to 'local persons'.
